Please help me find a ww article - Vic M - 02-03-2018

A year or three ago I saw an article for a shop made jig for the TS fence that could cut tapers safely and also do other things ( which I forget, at 75). The jig consisted of 2 boards  in an "L" shape, with one side clamped  to the fence and bottom board parallel to the table. I also can't  remember how the workpiece is secured. There are many tapering jigs to purchase, but I would  rather make my own. Has anyone seen this or made it. The article was from a known woodworker, and maybe in Fine Woodworking.
Thanks for any help, except for the name of a geriatric neurologist. Vic M

I see 2 that come up right away.  This old one on FW http://www.finewoodworking.com/2006/10/15/a-simple-tapering-jig and this one in WJ http://www.woodworkersjournal.com/table-saw-taper-jig-plans/ .  Now I have the older type, but do not like how it holds the work, It scares me.  This one from I-Build-it You-Tube looks almost what I think you are looking for https://ibuildit.ca/projects/table-saw-tapering-jig/.  Have Fun. Dan
