These are near perfect to me.  A screwdriver can install or remove in just a few seconds.

Too expensive.  If you  use piano hinges to mount your pegboard (hinge at the top) then you have access to the rear of the pegboard. At that point mount a cheap conventional hook and run a small electrical zip tie to hold it in place.  Instead of $0.95 each it will cost $0.25 and if you have a lot of hooks, it will add up.

These from Ace Hardware - just bought a pack. I have used them successfully for years. They hold well and can be easily removed with a flat blade screwdriver.
