Glad my grand kids are too old to ask for something that nice.

Thats really cool, but I'm not seeing the seams where it breaks into pieces so you could move it in the house?

They didn't provide any information on this other than the photo.  It needs a coat of paint.  I would guess it has to be taken apart and reassembled in the house.

I would also worry about Jethro Gibbs getting his boat up those stairs, except that is is almost certainly not a basement at all, but a stage set.  I think this is Gibbs' 4th boat since the series began.

I had an Uncle who built a 14' boat in his basement.  The basement was also his garage.

Yes,  a raised ranch has a basement that is on the same level as the garage.

Gibbs' house is not of that type.  Here is the floor plan (who would have thought you could find a floor plan for a TV house?):

Even stranger is that I could find a floor plan but not a single photo of the front elevation.  Weird.

I've seen a LOT of floor plans for TV houses and none of them have ever looked like anything on that website. The writers would be happy that you are intrigued by their silly running gag.

My wife would not enjoy changing the sheets on a bunk bed like that.

From what I've read, Mark Harmon really IS an accomplished wood worker.
