Rbi hawk - BloomingtonMike - 06-27-2018

Where is the best source for RBI hawk info? Picked one up today from a local boy moving away from his shop. Its an older one, spine is red. Ill get pictures.

Their website has everything you would need, including old parts. 

I got one for a song a few years back, great tools!

Pulling manual down now. Its a serial number 3494.

I kick myself for not picking one up at a garage sale for $125; but then again, don't do much scroll sawing...... they are fine machines.

I have a slightly newer one (I think, mine's a 1998) and was able to get a couple of insignificant parts from Busnton along with the date of manufacturer, etc. The company has changed hands twice and the new owners still support the older models.

I need to check closer if mine has a date of mfg. I pretty much know the history of all my tools. This rbi hawk's parts look very makeable for sure. I am sure you can keep it running for a long time.

Agree that Bushton would be the best source for specific info on your saw.  If you are interested in general discussion, there are several Hawk users on this forum;
