First of all, thanks for ur care about my problem.
I've already replaced the outer filter w/ a washable one. The bag filter needs cleaning or replacing, it' 8 years old and quite dirty. I tried once to clean it out with the compressor. How do you clean yours or do you just replace it? If replacing, where is the best deal?

Yup, replace it. It's not worth the time and effort to clean that old of a filter.
