More Japanese carpentry - Aram - 08-18-2018 So clean. Japanese carpentry . (Not sure if this one has been posted before) One thing I don't get. He cleans up a miter that abuts solid wood. But he doesn't seem to be using a rabbet plane. How does that work? If you pause on the right frame at 1:05 you can see the blade goes clear to the edge like a rebate plane.
