Source for spring hinge - scubagator - 11-15-2018 My wife has asked that I build her a "Couch Arm Table". Can anyone help me with a source for the spring hinges this project would need? Or a couple of pieces of wide webbing connecting the bottoms of the arms. It would wrap over the couch arm and provide the clamping force needed. You will have to make a mock up to make sure it works. (It works perfectly in my mind. ) The webbing might be kinder to the couch than the wood.
