I received an email from Sawstop this morning asking if I wanted to become involved in a "component test project" on a benchtop saw.
Not interested but wondered if anyone here has taken them up. Pasted message below.

Interesting. I wonder if this has anything to do with changing its one-time use cartridge into a multiple use cartridge to fence off the Bosch design after its patents expire. Or could it be testing a new cartridge for use not only on a tablesaw but also on other machines like a bandsaw.

Seemed weird they asked me since I have their PCS.
I declined because I have been a road warrior with the job lately and don’t see much shop time.

I got an email today that I've been accepted in their trial.
I may do it, because I don't have 220 in my shop yet, and this will give me a saw I can use until I redo all our electrical panels.
