I don't think you will find a wifi doorbell that doesn't include a video camera/motion detector.
We have the Ring doorbell and it works great. You can use the existing wires to keep it charged of if none exit you can re-charge it as needed. Years ago I did a "wireless" doorbell for my sister. There were no wires so you had to change out a battery in the bell button once a year or so. The chime was in doors as usual and rean off of ac.
There are many good Ring type bell systems. Due diligence is required. We love ours.
