Big shoutout to TFWW - Demps - 02-08-2019
I recently sold a unused Gramercy dovetail saw and buyer found a defect. We settled the issue to all's satisfaction. I contacted tool for working wood, explained the situation, got pics to them. They immediately replaced the saw and even sent the new one before I shipped the old item.

Joel is a great guy and good businessman. If you are ever in NYC and have got some time to kill, get on a subway to Brooklyn and visit the store, very interesting....
