I bought a piece of angle at my local steel supplier and it worked for me.

I'd love to get an extra fence for my unifence, so if someone is willing to split up a package...

I would think this would be the easiest way to do it. Maybe get it powder coated?

Utilizing a piece of angle for the rail. Are you talking about a rear rail??

I sold a circa 1987 Uni-saw with the Uni-fence.  There was no rear rail for the Uni-fence, just the front rail that the T square head slid/ locked on to.

If you are referring the front rail, E-Replacement parts has the Uni-fence Type 1 and Type 2 front rail in stock for approximately US $268.00. See:

https://www.ereplacementparts.com/50in-unifence-rail-p-192862.html

Have no idea where one would find a replacement Uni-fence. When I had my Uni-saw, I purchased the Uni-T fence from Peachtree for ease attaching jigs to the fence. See:

Delta Uni-fence instruction manual for the 36" and 50" fence:

The front rail is just a piece of 3x3 angle iron attached to a piece of 2x3 rectangle tube.

This site has free plans and videos showing how to build the rail, they also sell their version of the head, fence and other accessories.

Pretty easy to build and probably way cheaper than shipping a long rail. An advanced metal worker can easily build the fence too.

Are you sure 'bout that? What you say is different from the what on-line instruction manual claims and shows in pictures 23 and 24 below :

The Very Super Cool Tools fence is a Biesemeyer clone and that front fence is a far different design than the Delta Uni-fence.

This is correct.  The Biesemeyer fence rail is nothing more than a 2x3" rectangular steel tube, however the Uni-fence rail is a unique aluminum extrusion.

Dang, I had Beisemeyer on my brain I guess! OP was clearly looking for a Unifence, sorry!
Don't post when you're tired, lol
