The third pic shows the DeWalt name on the side... The price is really low for that machine unless it doesn't work already.

Common signs for fraud (from Asian/African scammers)-

didntcha know dewalt now offers a 13,20, or 27" size planer?
27" for only $249!
they even took pics right off of the dewalt site to use. it HAS to be real!
