Wonder where Festool got the idea. EurkaZone had this 4 years ago. They now sell a kit to make your own for $112 and change

Pretty sure a ply breakdown table was in the first years of every woodworking magazine lol. Cost a few 2xs on edge.

Exactly.  I made mine a number of years ago for the price of a pair of folding legs and some scrap 2 X 2s.  It works quite well and I probably have $40 in it.

For what it's worth, the argument I heard for it was that it was targeted towards on-site manipulation of much larger sheets of plywood that are not common in the states. For $300, I'd consider it for the convenience of stowing and ease of assembly over my 2x4 sawhorse based cutting table. At the $1k mark, I'll just spend the extra 5 minutes assembling and disassembling my cutting table when I need it.

Bora Centipede is like $100, throw in another ten bucks worth of 2xs and done

I would have to agree with the ones pointing out alternatives. You can engineer something for around $100. The added features are hard to justify at that price.

My home version is 2’x4’ with folding legs when stored then expands to 4’x8’ for cutting.

None of your options have the Festool label....that's worth at least $800.

Honestly, I have a hard time justifying the price of most anything Festool sells. That being said, I have a few friends in the trade who swear by Festool's reliability, ergonomics and efficiency. When time is money it seems they make a difference so god bless. While I could crack open my wallet and afford them, as with two #45s, one being SW vintage all crispy and complete in a wooden box I still toss around the thought of buying the new Veritas combination plane. But even with all the new LV blades and such that would still be less than the large Festool router (without accessories). I've also got a lot of time.... as I tell my bride, "Its a HOBBY!"
