Looking for blades for Fein Multi tool - EightFingers - 09-30-2020

I found these on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Bionso-Oscillating-Multitool-Plastics-Milwaukee/dp/B07TSBTDJ2

Anyone have experience with these cheap sets of blades? I won’t be using them a lot, just for the occasional project.

I've never tried them but if they are anything like the HF blades, they will not last long.

Problem I’ve had is even the original Fein brand blades that came with the tool didn’t last long either.
Lots of good reviews on the above but the bad ones were really bad.

I've had good results with the Bosch blades.  They are quite a bit more though.

I'm also a fan of Bosch.

They have the best price / life / cut quality for what I use them for.

I have good luck with Klingspor blades. Prices not bad and last as long as any other I have tried.

At the price Amazon wants, even if they fail after 2-3 cuts it still looks like it isn't a real bad deal. You did say your use was occasional.

The DeWalt blades also seem to be high quality.

What do you want to cut? If it's clean softwood, the cheap blades may be good enough. If it has grit and/or nails, you want at least bimetal blades.

Edit: It looks like they claim some of the cheap ones are bimetal, so who knows.
