Cleaning Cabinets - RJT123 - 02-18-2021 I installed these cabinets: https://www.stockcabinetexpress.com/greystone-shaker-kitchen-cabinets/ have been cleaning them with a damp micro fiber cloth. Doesn't really work. The internet says Murphy Oil Soap or 50/50 water/vinegar. Anyone have success cleaning with these? RE: Cleaning Cabinets - jteneyck - 02-18-2021 Dawn dish detergent in warm water with a damp cloth removes most things. For heavy grease, genuine mineral spirits first. RE: Cleaning Cabinets - RJT123 - 02-19-2021 Mostly cleaning off finger print stuff around the knobs. RE: Cleaning Cabinets - lift mechanic - 02-19-2021 Mild soap and water, Dawn works well to remove the grease from cooking and oily hand prints. RE: Cleaning Cabinets - Cooler - 02-19-2021 I use Swiffer wet pads. After Waterlox recommended it for their floor finishes. I use them right from the box using latex gloves. They clean well and do not require rinsing. Available everywhere. Not the cheapest option, but it only takes a few cloths to do the entire kitchen.
