Help Improve Curb Appeal of House - Natosha Jacobs - 02-20-2021 Any suggestions how to improve the curb appeal of my house? It's a bit weird design as it has no windows in the front. Also part of the roof is flat and the part is pitched. RE: Help Improve Curb Appeal of House - 6270_Productions - 02-20-2021 Pictures would help. How much surrounding yard? How close are other buildings? What kind and how close is the street? Attached garage? Put up a decorative fence, "street light", plants. If you have a garage facing the street and a driveway, park a Lamborghini or Rolls-Royce there. How much is your budget? RE: Help Improve Curb Appeal of House - JosephP - 02-20-2021 Plant trees! (Selection is pretty important though) RE: Help Improve Curb Appeal of House - MT Woodworker - 02-20-2021 I agree, trees, as JosephP said with proper selection, ground level plants. Make sure the house, yard is as clean and neat as possible. I also agree on the use of lighting and decorative, landscape fencing RE: Help Improve Curb Appeal of House - Woodenfish - 02-26-2021 Improve the curb appeal to sell immediately or just to spruce it up? RE: Help Improve Curb Appeal of House - toolmiser - 02-27-2021 I would also suggest some work on the yard. Nice green grass, and do some edging both along sidewalks, street, trees, etc. It will really make a place look crisp. It sounds like a lot of work every time you mow but once you do it a few times and it is in shape it won't take long each time. |
