Another mystery hand plane - Bob Gnann - 02-24-2021

[attachment=33579]Just got this today and can't identify.  The makers mark is "A.B."  The body is beech, two irons with wood wedges.  I'll call it a profile cutting plane.
I tried to find the mark in American Wooden Planes Edition Five and found nothing. I'll try to attach pics.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a sash plane. The name stamp and wedge profile indicate an early 19th C. American made plane.

Thanks John W, so this would be used to form a window sash? I'm halfway there. Now if I can ID the mark!
Thanks Adam!
