Unique shoulder plane - Timberwolf - 03-29-2021 From out of the past...Posted by Woodnetter Craig D on April 2009..I never got around to building one, but found his drawing recently that he posted here years ago.. Craig made his out of wood, steel and brass, but it could be easily made out of any exotic hardwood and a brass or steel sole attached if desired {but not necessary}..If I were to make one, I would laminate it out of wood, and change the front of the plane to have a small knob, making the side view more like the Sargent "Lady-bug" plane that is so rare... and expensive, when you can find one for sale.. ........................
