I need to replace our 23 year old softener. In the lase house I put in a Fleck since the reading I did indicated it was a quality name in the business. Actiually, it turned out to be a Fleck control on a Clack tank. Anyway, in this house I'm planning on having it done (too old to do things myself anymore) and a local firm sells Clack softeners. From what i can tell they make a control valve of their own. Any opinions of the quality of these units?
