Anyone buy from CasterHQ? We need to convert 40 lab benches to have these leveling-type casters (but with PU wheels instead of nylon)

No, but I was going to suggest buying a single set and seeing if they are any good regardless show you end up using, before you commit to 40 sets.
I have bought a lot from McMaster and must say they have never disappointed me.
