PVA on Plywood? - lift mechanic - 06-29-2021 I just built a small storage shed. Sheeted with plywood. I have 4 gals of PVA drywall primer An don't plan to top coat. I just need to brighten the room so I thought priming it white would work and I have the primer. Any problem with is plan? RE: PVA on Plywood? - fredhargis - 06-30-2021 Well, if it's a shed that's what I would do. I'm not sure the PVA primer has the adhesion of the other stuff, but I am sure I wouldn't care. RE: PVA on Plywood? - Cooler - 07-01-2021 Most primers are tintable, so you might not be stuck with simply white. |
