6' foot T-track: need a source - Ray Newman - 09-04-2021 Colleagues: need a source for T-track in 6 foot length.So far longest found is 48". Anyone have an idea where longer lengths might be found? Now that I think about it, I once shipped a 48" straight edge and UPS and USPO considered had a special rate as it was "oversized." RE: 6' foot T-track: need a source - EricU - 09-06-2021 UPS allows up to 108" (9 foot) length and 165" combined girth and length before it's oversize. 48" oversize must have had some other issue. McMaster Carr only sells 48" t-track so it seems that's a standard length. If you can make the slot it goes into straight (which you would have had to do anyway) then multiple pieces should be fine. |
