I installed this a few days ago. Took about an hour to figure out best location and mounting, but very easy to do. Did require drilling/tapping in the cast iron (easy).
Verdict? Do it. Very easy to use. Until I can get a drum sander, this will make creating loose tenons much easier than it was before.

Yes, worth the investment. Installed one on my 20" Grizzly when Barry introduced them.
He sent me 2 units for trial.
