I need to clean and seal our deck- a couple years old, I did not get it last year.
I plan on using Behr oil based deck stain.
Home Depot is my only good local source- any experience with Behr all on one deck and wood cleaner?

The best stuff I've used is traditional TSP, which you can order from Amazon if it's not available locally. Not the TSP substitute, the genuine Tri Sodium Phosphate. The formula is right on the box. You can add bleach to it, as well, to kill mold if needed. Best of all, it's much cheaper than prepackaged stuff.
