“Rustic Oak” flooring - Marilynchildress - 09-01-2024
Just finished installing rustic grade oak engineered flooring London in the loft of my summer place. Sure looks nice but now I must finish it and need to fill the knot holes and other imperfections common to this low grade of material. Looking for suggestions about what to use to do the filling. Plan to sand the floor and use polyurethane finish.

If it’s not too much, I would use wood glue and sawdust from the flooring material.

Colored epoxy? Brown or black maybe.

Bizarre question
Hoff comes pre-finished and if you didn’t like /want the rustic imperfections - you chose the wrong material.
Furthermore - why wasn’t your first inkling to ask the supplier (Hoff) what to use instead of the internet peanut gallery ?
