I would take a hard look at Rock wool insulation It's very easy to use, bugs don't like it and it really helps with sound proofing Rusty

One of the best things to have are a few of the portable clamp lights. Set them up low so you get raking light across what you are spraying. There is nothing more important than seeing what your spray...
