Hmmm...... good question. Never really measured them. I just grabbed my washer storage comtainer and dug out some that fit into the T slot of the miter, then found some screws that would work. ...

Kilo..... Not by initial design, but I have screwed a washer to the bottom of each rail at the front before to keep it in the miter slots. Simple enough. I don't keep them on there all the time ...

Sorry, missed a question.... No, I only add the laminate to the top. It's not really needed, but spilled items like shellac, stain, paint etc wipe right off rather than soaking into the ply. We...
