I would stick with aluminum but phenolic seems to have good creep resistance so that's a possibility.

Looks pretty thick so you won't need anything real strong. 6061-T4 or T6 will work fine. You could use a 2024-T3* or 7075-T6*. Whatever you can find that is affordable. |
