Very nice tools! Just from memory, I suspect the Ulmia might have been a toothing plane (if it had its original blade).    That actually sounds pretty useful, no matter which way you go.

Thank you,     It's wiped-on Tru Oil.    I am hoping that the fir/spruce/pine top ages a bit darker soon.   The red oak sides are from my special stash which has pleased me often :)
