Just remember if you're going to use the fabric membrane then you have to use the unmodified thinset to adhere it and also to install the tile on it. For redguard you have to use the modified thinset. |

If the toilet flange has a leaded sleeve you can play around a bit with it to give you another half an inch. |

You can get one from Schluter or mud one up yourself and use the Schluter system to waterproof it. |
