That would be great, I'll get you the serial number later today when I get home. Sounds like it should be fairly easy to do, but yes, I'll need to know some measurements. |

Post: RE: upgrade from Delta 9" 34-600?
Finally transferred over the fence and got it aligned. I did move over the tilt scale from my old saw for a familiar feel. The hand wheels do fit but are too bulky to allow for the tightening screw to... |

Post: RE: upgrade from Delta 9" 34-600?
I went to harbor freight and got a link belt for $30. Seems to have made a world of difference. Motor is silky smooth with no load at all. Now comes the difficult dicision of what to do with the old s... |

Post: RE: upgrade from Delta 9" 34-600?
Motor is a leeson 1 1/2 hp motor. Sanded stains and rust out of the top and waxed it. Loads heavier than my 34-600. I think I can transfer the tilt scale over to keep some character. I duplicate outfe... |

Post: RE: upgrade from Delta 9" 34-600?
I've been trying to get the model number, but have been unsuccessful. It looks to be like a 34-400 but clearly says "Rockwell 10" tilting arbor saw" and has rectangular start stop buttons to the right... |

Post: RE: upgrade from Delta 9" 34-600?
Yes, it's another contractor style saw, pretty sure the motor is more powerful, too. I was toying with the idea of swapping some of the parts like handwheels over, to keep some of the old saw and hav... |

So for years I’ve been using my grandpas 1960 delta Rockwell 9” 34-600 tilting arbor. Upgraded the fence finally to a biesemeyer that I got for $75. Saw is a 1 hp and with the fence upgrade made it mu... |
