Looks like I can flip the motor pulley without much trouble.  I'm going to try it to see if vibration lessens, while still giving me the speed range I require.  I'll report back.  Thanks for the info ...

Ya...Looking at the pulleys spinning, I can see some wobble in the front spindle pulley...that can't be good.  Can I actually eliminate that center pulley?
