I replaced my anode rod with an electric rod. Sulphur smell is gone. I'm also on a well with a water softener and low micron filters and still had some problem before changing the anode rod.

Just hang pictures, quilts.  Add room dividers and tall things.  A ficus plant or two.  Textured ceilings are to hide poor drywall mud.  Just good enough to get the job done. They are also hard...

I don't think those bonding wires should go to the neutral ever. If I recall my old house's pool wiring, the bonding wire was attached to a ground rod as was all other metal things around the pool. ...

Chicken wire buried a few inches deep to prevent digging under. As tall as you can while stepping over it. Use 36" if you bury it 6" deep. (unless you are short or wear your pants around your knees)

Push it up into the ceiling until the nails pull out. Might need to use a large dowel and hammer or some such thing. Then you can pull it through and pull the wires out.
