Is the heater vented? If not, that’s a big part of the problem. I run a ceiling fan 24/7, live in MN and have zero problem in my 24x24 shop heated with vented gas unit heater.

I’m in Minnesota, 24 x24 detached Garage/shop dedicated to toys and hobbies, cars get their own garage. I have a 50,000 BTU gas unit heater and heat it 24/7. I keep it about 45 and up it to 50 or so ...

Depending on where you are located, the house/garage separation is usually not a true fire wall, but just 1 layer requirement on the garage side.  In MN, most houses are built to the IRC, not the IBC,...

Not dark at all. I have 12 four ft led strip lights and obviously I have a lot of work left. We were lucky enough to find a lake place and ice fishing takes shop organization time away.

My bad folks......I phrased the question very poorly.. What would folks suggest as far as PPI and how many of each crosscut/rip saws are the handiest.  I have no problem converting one to the other...
