Will be rebuilding the shower and want to go back with a frameless shower enclosure and will need to replace this trim piece between the shower and tub. Where can I buy this?

Wow....free!  I have one that is my shop saw bought used in about 1988. With that exact fence works well for me have never seen a need to "ugrade".
