This explanation makes sense, but it doesn’t act the same as it does in a piece of firewood. When you split a piece of firewood, the inside is wetter than the outside. |

I had some renters who failed to let their dogs out. Back a zap sprayed on the troubled areas really helped eat the smell. I still ended up sealing the hardwood floor with shellac based primer. |

Every product I’ve used that contains it has been for bedbugs. Bad applications of pyrethroids have made them resistant to many pesticides. |
