Lil[br]I prefer the jigs where the clamp handle is on the same Side as the drill because it's pretty hard to reach around a huge panel to clamp. My .02

I used hydraulic cement on one minor crack I had in my basement that leaked every once in a while and haven't had any problems for years now.
