this is called cold casting. We use equal parts resin and metal powders for the effect.

With sizes like that, it almost makes me think they're European tools. 1 29/32 is about 48mm 11/32 is about 9mm

Steve, I just finished both videos! That was great!! The table saw jig was a cool idea. I had the most trouble with that bit. Also, the spinner was inspired. Nice work Steve!
