Bob has the answer. Why would you have to hang anything? Just build right off the concrete floor. I wouldn't even worry about fastening it to the walls. It isn't going anywhere.

Cut the siding bigger than the vent. Install J channel to flash around the siding. Install a piece of Azek in the opening. Seal the Azek to the J channel Seal the vent to the Azek.[br][br]Twinn |
