See if you can find 'field'' tires in that size. More aggressive than 'turf' tires but not as hard on grass as 'chevrons'.

I have used Titebond products with good results. However, my favorite wood glue is Elmer's Carpenters Wood Glue Max.

Buried conduit is still considered a 'wet' location so you have to use wire rated for wet conditions.

Yeah, I live in Pa. [br]The deck is in a full sun location and it is not uncommon to have 90+ degrees here.

I've had a TimberTech deck in for 15 years. It looks like brand new and we have never had a problem with it getting too hot.

Try truck bed liner. I've used it on some problem outdoor metal projects and it has become my go to rusty metal primer. A couple of coats of that and a top coat of quality outdoor paint should hold up...
