The earlier book was well edited, but I don't know about this one. You are right about his blog. He speaks very well in his videos but his writing is poor.

Marv,[br][br]If, in addition, the teeth are uneven, do you try to move them as much as the flat allows each time or a little bit at a time? Any tips?
