Who makes a good flashlight for the car? Had a Maglight that froze. They won't honor a battery caused problem.

Should have said, it's in 1/8" ply so I don't think the curved cuts will be a problem. Router might work. I have to look around for bits.

Unfortunately sprockets don't have the right tooth shape.

For ratchets on a loom. 2-3"D x 1/8-1/4" thick and about 24 tooth. MSC has some but they are $$$$.

I had a house in Bryan Tx built in 1906. It had 1 x 6 rough boards on the inside. No ship lap. Canvas tacked over them them wallpaper.
