I agree with a table saw. Then a Radial arm saw. I asked because a friend thinks a miter saw might be best to buy first.

The 30 Second Cleaner in the hose end sprayer works great. The 30 Second Cleaner in the gallon doesn't work nearly as good.

That guard would drive me nuts. Lining blade up to cut line. A lot of times I need to cut a hair off. Like to slide work against stopped blade. Then cut. Wouldn't work for me.

I have had 2 planers weighing 450+# each on shopmade bases. 4 non locking swivel casters. Doesn't move when being used. 4 swivel casters make moving easier, than with 2 fixed casters.
