Looking for recommendations for least noxious/toxic mineral spirits.  Alternatively, experience with Real Milk Paint’s “Citrus Solvent,” or similar nontoxic product.

The sticker on our clothes dryer shows 120/240 volts and 26 amps. Do I use 120 volts or 240 volts to convert to watts. Trying to understand whether my generator can run the dryer.

I would be interested in knowing whether Isopropyl Alcohol, 99 percent, would be a decent solvent for shellac.  Has anyone tried it?
