What I learned very quickly about CNC was that’s it’s all about the clamping. If the workpiece ever moves, it’s usually trashed.

I finally ended up doing the removal with a HF Bauer hammer chisel.Worked ok, but took a long time. Left side after, right side before:

Thought about that, but it will raise the finished floor level too high making a trip hazard.

Sounds like a good idea to try, will do. Best way to describe this job is it’s like removing the shiny top layer from a 400 sqft ceramic tile.

Moving from Kansas City to Hawaii. ALL my drawers got tight. I spent a week getting them all squared away. Now, I’m in Las Vegas. Yep. My drawers are loose.
