What I learned very quickly about CNC was that’s it’s all about the clamping. If the workpiece ever moves, it’s usually trashed. |

I finally ended up doing the removal with a HF Bauer hammer chisel.Worked ok, but took a long time.

Sounds like a good idea to try, will do.
Best way to describe this job is it’s like removing the shiny top layer from a 400 sqft ceramic tile. |
