I think your best bet is the HF with the Win filter. I know you said you were on a budget so you could.buy the HF DC and use it right away, then save for the WIN filter upgrade IMHO. |

The Wynn filter is a great upgrade. I put one on my HF dust collector and what a difference. I also have the dust deputy XL installed before it to catch the heavy stuff. |
