For shop drawers I've had good luck with butt joints, brad nails, and glue - especially if I glue in a plywood bottom. You're probably nicer to them than folks are in a kitchen (slam! slam! slam!) eve...

+1 for the Osborne... it's easier to adjust than the Incra (there's an eccentric bolt instead of shims) and I appreciate the longer triangle leg for stability.

Thanks, everyone! The Grizzly has a U-shaped rear rail and the top is pretty close, so HTC it'll be. I wish I had the time to build one, but - even with COVID - no time.
