Yes, since there is always a cutter on the wood it's going to strain more than the three straight blades. I just don't get greedy and take the extra pass.

Yes on the jack screws. I guess my concern was raising them to the point of not getting a good grip. Raised them and it looks good. thanks.

Should have been more clear. Old blade is 8"x7/8"x1/8". New blade is 8"x3/4"x1/8".

Nothing fancy on the wires. The 2 Y go through the table. The router power goes up the dust collection. X and Z are in a loop on the side of the table. Everything pinned down and secure.

Got mine early. Went with the Woodworker. Only took 4 weeks. Had to clear up space and run some dust collection. Ready to flatten the spoil board and cut a grid and holes. Fingers crossed!

Ended up with a JessEm lift, Woodpecker fence, home made top, and treated myself to a sled.  Base build coming next.  thanks all
