Just to add another data point, I had no issues with the password reset process. You should make sure you follow Wipedout's suggestion by using the instructions on the AAW website.

I admit I don't know much about the newer Leigh DT jigs, mostly because my experience with the D4 soured me on anything from Leigh. I wouldn't recommend Leigh.
