If near your house I'd skip the smoke. Itll find any holes in your foundation too.
As said above, shocked stuff in the hole. If it doesn't move in a few days, its not used. Fill the hole... |

Ok, so you have fiberglass batt insulation. Why not encapsulate it by adding cellulose on top. You’ll get air sealing also if you do that. |

There’s a mortise on the toe in front of each iron. I suppose that could be for a fence. There isn’t one on the heel, but it could be below the tote. |

I've used tapcons, they worked ok. This last time I used smacks. They did a great job and look great! You're grinding them off if you ever need to replace them though. |
